We started LogenBrainiac back in 2018 because we kept seeing the same problem. Small and medium businesses in Bulgaria had decent accounting software, but their workflows were a mess. Invoices sat in email inboxes. Payment tracking happened on sticky notes. Month-end reporting took forever.

We figured there had to be a better way. So we built one.

Our team spent years working inside finance departments, seeing what actually happens day-to-day. That experience shapes everything we do now.

How We Got Here

Seven years of learning, adjusting, and building something that actually helps businesses manage their money better.

2018

Started Small

Launched with three clients in Sliven and a basic workflow tool. Our first customer was a construction supplier who was drowning in paper invoices. We helped them go digital and cut their processing time by more than half.

2020

Expanded Our Reach

Added payment tracking and reconciliation features after clients kept asking for them. Started working with businesses across Bulgaria, not just locally. Had about 45 active clients by the end of the year.

2022

Built the Team

Brought on specialists who'd worked in finance for years. They understood the pain points we were trying to solve. This is when we really started developing custom workflow solutions instead of one-size-fits-all approaches.

2025

Where We Are Now

Working with over 200 businesses. Our focus hasn't changed though. We still help companies sort out their financial workflows so they can spend less time on admin and more time growing their business.
